Payment Policy



To secure your booking, a deposit is required to be paid in advance by PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, or Western Union. The remaining payment can be made in cash (EUR, USD, MAD, GBP) once you arrive in Morocco, or you can pay the entire amount in advance if you prefer not to carry cash or make payments from other countries.


If you choose to pay the deposit via PayPal, please let us know the name and the email address of the person who will transfer the amount. 

Western Union:

If you want to pay the deposit by Western Union, please contact us for our Western Union account information. Following payment, you must provide us the MTCN number so that we can proceed with the confirmation sooner.

Bank Transfer:

You can send the deposit to our bank account, but please keep in mind that the transaction may take up to ten days, and the reservation cannot be finalized until we receive the money.


Full Payments:


Credit Card:

Once you are in Morocco, we can take full payment by credit card, however, a 5% fee will be applied to cover the extra transaction charges.


We can accept the full payment via PayPal, but a 5% fee will be added to cover the additional transaction fees.

Bank Transfer:

We accept full payments to our bank accounts, and transactions might take up to ten days. Please contact us for further information.


Terms of Cancellations:

» You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the tour starts.

If you wish to cancel your tour, we must receive written confirmation of this via email.



We do not book any accommodations before receiving your confirmation (Deposit); thus, if the accommodations included on your tour are already completely booked, we will book another of the same category and services.
